Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Greenlab Organics ships all orders through USPS, anywhere in the United States. All orders and processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Shipping time generally takes between 2-5 business days. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed. Order cancellations are only accepted for unshipped orders. Once an order has shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return. Please see below for more information about our return policy.

Return Policy

Greenlab Orgnanics offers a 30-Day Return Policy plus an additional 15 days grace period before you make your final decision. You have a total of 45 days from your purchase date to make a return. You are not required to provide a reason for a return however, any kind of feedback from customers is highly appreciated and greatly helps us to improve in providing for our customers needs. We do not offer free return labels and we highly suggest using a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a full refund accordingly. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Refunds are normally reflected on your credit card statement after 7-10 business days from the day of issuance.
